Seboka Training and support network was Established in 2002 as a Non-profit Organization with the objective to strengthen community response to HIV and AIDS and related problems such as poverty, unemployment, and skills development.
The National department of Health has been a long-standing partner of Seboka.The programmes that are funded in this partnership are provided in the different municipalities
The strategic objectives of Seboka entails promoting and strengthening civil society in psycho-social and economic development to encourage communities to be actively involved in managing their own empowerment.
The organisation was also appointed by Independent Development Trust (IDT) to fund Creation and Maintenance of food gardens, Arts and Craft, Knitting and Sewing, Environmental groups and Brick Making from October 2019-March 2022.

Seboka has been implementing the CWP project since April 2014
National Department of Health (NDoH) formed a partnership with Seboka from the year 2009 to 2020.
In 2008 Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) awarded Seboka an HIV Response Fund Grant to provide HIV and AIDS services in Bojanala District, Northwest Province. This project was concluded in March 2013.
IDT allocated funding in 2019 to commence Agrarian Revolution Project in the Free State
In 2003 Seboka was awarded funding by the Department of Health North-west Province (DoHNWP) to manage, train, administer and pay-out stipends to Community Counsellors (CCs)
USAID signed a 1-year contract with Seboka which was later extended by another 6 months to implement a programme namely: Support and Care – HIV and AIDS Prevention in Gert Sibanda district in Mpumalanga.
